Butterfly Dreams

Today's excursion with our company included a jaunt to a little known Monarch colony in our neighborhood. Thousands of butterflies in the air all around us -- magical!

Oh, lucky, lucky you! We went to Pt. Peelee, Canada last fall in hopes of catching the migration but missed it. Just read Flight Behavior by Barbara Kingsolver, a novel about climate change and the effect on the monarch migration. This is so incredible in black and white. A fav!
