Did a year make that much difference?

I took these pictures a year apart in 2020 & 2021 and ask myself the question 'Did a year make that much difference?'

On the surface maybe but the site is still not finished - probably due in part to Covid, maybe material shortages?

Let's hope that it will be completed shortly!
