A 'lone rider' enjoys the deserted high street in the small market town of Newcastle Emlyn at 8.47am.
The sun is up casting its shadows along the street but it is still relatively cool; fairly decent for bike riding but if it were I I'd be going home soon as its getting hotter by the minute!
Recently a stage of the Welsh Time Trials for cycling was held in and around the town - however I didn't manage to see it!!!
