The Ford by ajisaac

The Ford

My 'artist' photograph of the Ford crossing in the village I live, looking towards 'Penrhyn' which I believe means 'peninsula' in English.

The houses have been there some time & are recorded on the earliest maps I can find dated 1889 & 1904.

With the recent rainfall the Afon (river) Cych has swollen a bit and the water levels are higher than a month ago.
