It was 'advertising' an alternative energy source US Energy Ltd Trust, which I looked up on the www.
Couldn't find much except a post by a man named Buzz Knapp-Fisher (C.E.O Us-energy Ltd non-profit Services) located in the Greater Swansea Area with a bit of background info as follows -
