Now that the clocks have gone back here, and it's dark when I get home, inspiration was in short supply - so you get to see my dinner being cooked! Veggie stir fry - yumtastic! :)

I haven't done a stir fry in such a long time - you gave me an option for this week's dinner. :) In Canada, we just 'sprung forward' - never liked the first week after a time change.
