Today we visited the Tesselaar Tulip Festival. There were fields of beautiful tulips in all shapes and colours (well, I didn't see any blue ones, nor any square ones, but you get the idea!). I took far too many photos and it just took me 20 minutes to decide which pic to upload for you here!
The festival runs for a few weeks yet, so other Melbourne-based 365ers should get along and check it out. (There's also a rhododendron festival coming up very soon at the nearby National Rhododendron Gardens too)
I hate it when that happens! I just try to pick the one that reflects the day the most, even if it's not the best. The ones I posted today were not my best photos but it reflects the day the best. This is just beautiful!
Whenever I have a problem choosing just one, that's when I go to "collage" mode. But only as a last resort. This is beautiful. I don't think I've ever seen a tulip like that before. It's so different from the usual style. And I love rhodendrons! Guess we have some pretty shots from that to look forward to!
