Firstly, huge congratulations to all my 365 friend who are completing their 365s today! I hope you all stick around! (I'll comment individually tomorrow)
Not very inspired today, I'm afraid. It's a bit too hot, and I soon have to go out first aiding for new year...
Each year we turn our best parrot pics into a calendar to send to friends and family overseas... Here's next year's calendar, ready to go tomorrow. Who knows what dates, appointments, holidays and activities will be added to it as the year goes by? That's the future - ready and waiting for us...
A lovely personalised gift idea and a great way to start the year. I didn't need to make a calendar this year as my boys and their cars are appearing in the 2012 Holden parts calendar although they are using one of my photos which was a bit of an added thrill. Can't wait for it to arrive as we have no idea who has was given the privilege of appear in the rest of the calendar. All the best for the New Year.
Hope your coming New Year is filled with creative moments the whole year through. I love the idea of the empty calendar awaiting the oportunities to come.
First thank you :-) Second what a wonderful gift and wonderful capture of the same. I hope you weren't needed for much if any first aiding during the first few hours of 2012.
@rach_who That sounds like great fun for the boys, and a brilliant present for your family members! @danig I use snapfish.com.au They have 50% off offers in October/November, so if you get organised early it works out very reasonable - just sign up for their email newsletters :)
Nice shot! Love the idea of sending a calender. May your diary reflect good memories as 2012 progresses! All the best with first aiding during this silly time!
