Someone you talked to today - March challenge (with added parrots)
I spoke to a few people today, but I'm still a bit nervous about taking people pics, (plus this is parrot month) so here's a crazy feathered someone I talked to :) (Magic has decided that the top bookshelf is her new cave - she's spent the whole afternoon popping in and out chirping to herself...)
I also had a great day in Melbourne with @tabbycat - my first 365 meetup! :)
@boogie I hope not! We are quite careful to avoid eggs as there are quite a few complications that can happen. (No chance of baby parrots as we have two girls).
This may sound a bit backwards but I'm glad I'm not the only one who finds photographing people hard. Apart from my kids I get anxiety when ever I point my camera at other people and this comes through as a shake so I struggle to keep the camera steady. This even happens when I point the camera at Diane unless she has Lucie on her knee.
@lbmcshutter Oh yes! Magic is actually sitting on the tv guide from the newspaper in this pic - if I don't put them on top of the books, I would have nothing left to read! She's shredded one of those magazines completely in an afternoon before!
@justeddie We should start a people-photography-avoiders club! I struggle to get pics of people I don't know - not so much anxiety for me, more that I hate having my pic taken so I'm really worried about upsetting anyone else...
Ahaa! If I'd known about your challenge today, I would have demanded that you take a photo of me! LOL! Magic is much cuter though! :-D
Thanks for te fun day. We shall have to go back to De Graves street and get that shot right sometime!
@alia_801@justeddie I am totally in the avoiding-shooting-people club! It's something I know I should be trying more of, but it's hard! I do agree, Alia, it may come from being camera-shy myself, but I'm at least trying to work on that one (when no one is around, and I can delete copiously!).
Aww, Magic! It looks like you and mom are having a conversation about the newspaper you're reading. It's a grey, rainy day in Chicago and your colors gave me a big smile!
