Typical - yesterday's red thing came out of the camera looking yellow. Today's orange thing (abstract, back-lit washing basket, if you're interested!) came off looking red... I dread to think what colour tomorrow's yellow object will appear!
Oh very nicely done!!! Wouldn't have guessed washing basket!! Are you using a flash when you're taking your shots or have the white balance in your camera set to a particular thing... like cloudy, sunny etc?
I think this came out great. It looks orange to me. Nice abstract. I wouldn't have been able to tell what it was if you hadn't said so! A job well done I think!
Once I`ve seen 12 photo`s of white taken each hour of the day. There were 12 different colors. The explanation was : each color was a true color only chanced by the light of the hour of the day. Only our brains see it the seem
@pyrrhula That sounds like it would be a really interesting collection of pics! Every now and again I think about how differently we each see the world (usually when I'm struggling to get the camera to take a picture as I see it!).
Gee- I thought I commented on this already- I remember seeing it! Oh well- this is cool! I love the pattern! And it looks nice and orange to me! (Great idea for the lighting and object too!)
Have you checked the white balance setting on your camera?
