My sensation is being outdoors. I visited Caulfield Park this morning on the way to the dance shop to order new ballet shoes. There was quite a racket coming from the pond. Just when I was really starting to wonder what was going on, I was nearly mown down by this duck who had seen a girl duck near me and decided to attract her attention. The rest of the time I was at the park he was ambling around after her, often flapping, honking and with his head high in the air. Funnier still was that the girl duck had spotted a family with a young boy who had obviously been feeding the other ducks earlier, so she was tailing them in the hope of getting some snacks, and he was tailing her in the hope of...well, I'm sure you can guess :)
What a handsome goose! My mother has seven, yes I said seven (!) pet geese, noisy, messy but better than any guard dog! (although she also has eight dogs! Bonkers)
