I took the picture on the left as we walked back to our car from the canal cruise yesterday. As you probably realize, it is a reflection in a store window of what was formerly the largest hardware distributer in the region. It fell upon hard times when Lowe's and Home Depot moved in.
I decided to boost the color and then began to do some more processing. I used Graphic Converter because it has a "flip" feature and I wanted to see how realistic I could make the reflection. It retained a slight double image but I like the Through-the-Looking-Glass feel of the finished product.
This is a terrific composition and reflection! Your canal cruise sounds like a wonderful way to pass a few hours! (I love the architecture cruise that I've taken a few times here in Chicago!)
