Good-bye boot! The doctor has prescribed a hard soled shoe for the next few weeks. Not a fashion forward accessory but apparently it will support my foot without the tiresome weight of the boot. By the way, when he showed me today's x-rays, he pointed out that I had actually fractured 2 bones. If I had known that earlier I might not have been so impatient.
Do you like my sock of the season? With only a week til Halloween, I'll have to start wearing all my holiday finery.
