This healthy tree was planted in the church courtyard just a few years ago in a very touching ceremony. Now we can harvest the fruit. Granted the ripe fig was awfully small, but when I popped it in my mouth, it was wonderfully sweet.
@allie912 Thank you Allison. we can buy some imports. they come in a small round plastic container, I always thought they were dried ones and was wondering if a fres one direct from a tree would taste more juicy.
