Pat and I took advantage of the sunshine and comfortable temperatures to go to the Seneca Park Zoo and see the African Savannah exhibit. It is a lovely park, set between rolling hills and tall shade trees, with roomy living areas for the animals. It was fun to see the lions, both because of our safari last summer and after viewing The Lion King on Monday. It was amazing how close we were to one of the females; just a plexiglass wall separated her from her visitors.
