Bottoms Up

This charming Carolina Wren has finally discovered the special feeder reserved exclusively for mealworms. He and his buddy are the only two availing themselves of this treat. I guess I ought to be grateful. At a cost of $5.50 for 7 ounces, I’d like the mealworms to last awhile.

I like the contrast between the subtle browns of the Carolina Wren and the bright blue mealworm (yuck!) feeder. I'm trying to remember which one of our pets ate mealworms. Maybe Brandon's bearded dragon?
