I do love a good sheet pan dinner. This one has sweet onions, new potatoes, orange peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes and maple flavored sausage. But what made this meal even better was a broccoli salad provided by my neighbor Smokie. I had never had anything like it, and now I’m hoping she’ll share her recipe.
