"Leaves of three, Let it be." If you are not familiar with poison ivy, I present this little botanical ditty, to help you identify it. Avoid this vine on your walks and you will be a much happier traveler.
The green is deep and pretty; gets pretty little white flowers and in the Fall gets berries BUT if I touch it -- oh my -- I'll be very SORRY. Itch, Itch, Itch.....scratch, scratch, scratch.
Great shot Allison and such pretty shiny leaves...just not a fan of the subject matter...lol. I am so allergic to it. Our neighbor has it growing everywhere so I have to be very careful.
