Veggies Take Center Stage

Summer is a great time to focus on fresh vegetables. Last night we had eggplant parmesan, broccoli with lemon and a tossed salad.To the right of my place mat is a little glass dragonfly my grand daughter picked out for me on our last visit. It is a good luck piece and I love having it by me even when I can't see her.
