The temperature dropped overnight so I looked for photo ops indoors. I was struck by how many lovely floral arrangements and flowering plants we have in our building. The orchids were in different offices, the amaryllis was growing in the science lab, one bouquet was in the faculty room and the big dramatic arrangement was outside the admissions office. Seeing such color and beauty definitely lifts the spirits on a cold bleak day.
