Salade Nicoise

The inspiration for tonight's meal was an abundance of green beans left over from Saturday's dinner. After marinading them, I pulled together most of the ingredients for a traditional salade nicoise, substituting swiss cheese for potatoes and green olives for black. Adding crusty ciabatta rolls was the perfect complement and voila -- a great light meal for a warm summer's eve.
