You know how you can throw anything into a pot of soup or an omelette? Well, I take that approach with tuna salad. I had some leftover green beans which made me think about salade nicoise. However we don't like black olives, so I tossed in a few other things including spring peas, minced onion, fresh pineapple, a bed of arugula and other greens, hard boiled egg and tomatoes. Cleaned out the fridge and tasted good too!
