A Lesson in Microgreens

I like it when merchants educate along with marketing their product. Last week at the Farmers Market, one vendor had a display showing all the microgreens she had available. Could you have identified any of them?

No, I couldn’t! My dad is an expert gardener; he probably could! I just never had the interest or the land for gardening. Great display!
