We are all having to get used to keeping a distance from others when doing our weekly shop. I shot this whilst sitting in the car waiting for Beryl to come out of the supermarket. The folk in the background by the fence are queueing to enter the shop whilst keeping their distance from each other. Strange days!
Wow, I haven’t been out shopping since my husband does it. He told me about the queuing but I couldn’t really picture it until now. You’ll look back on this shot I’m happier times...
@tinley23 I am tempted to say that the lockdown in many ways is doing some of us a favour. One example is because the supermarket will only allow one person per family in the store at a time, I can legitimately get out of traipsing round the store following Beryl as she slowly considers every purchase! :-) Instead I can sit in the car, listening to Radio 3 and reading. Every cloud...!
