And so begins year 2...
Happy 2013, friends. I've been working today on slogans for myself for the new year.
So far, I've come up with:
Stop being mean, in 2013.
Don't be obscene in 2013.
Make lots of green in 2013.
No making scenes in 2013.
Eat jellybeans in 2013
No more drama queen in 2013.
I haven't decided what to go with yet, though the making lots of green one sounds nice:).
I've come back for another year. Year one was a pretty amazing experience for me. It was one of the best things that I have ever done for myself. I joined to chronicle our year and ended up falling in love with photography and doing pretty well with it for a newbie. Trouble is, it was hard on my family...they didn't have as much of me as they had in the past and they did not like that so much. Though we do have lots more great family photos and memories as a result of my participation.
Anyway, my goal this year is to be much better balanced with my time on here, much less stressed about the photos, have much more fun and not tick off my wonderful family quite as much. I may not post everyday and that is just fine.
I also have the goal to learn my new camera and it's settings much better. I want to be growing in my skills as photographer with each passing month. Heck, someday I'd like to even figure out how to do this for a living...or on the side for extra cash. My daughter recently said to me that she would like for me to work as a photographer. Sounds good to me!
I am excited about this new year and the many adventures that lie ahead. And I am looking forward to sharing it with you. Would you join me?
And one more thing...today, I looked back to my first photo of 365 from when I started last year. It's funny to see from whence we came:

Make my own Potcheen in 2013?
Act like a teen in 2013
I'm like you, 2013 is a chill out year on 365 for me. NO STRESS!!!

@helixconcepts Mmmmm, yes...me, too!
@kbalychev Someday, my friend. I supposedly have a family portrait shoot coming up this spring. We haven't discussed cost yet, though. Thanks, Kimberly!
@emrob Love your description and glad that you can relate. Thanks so much, Mandy!
@soboy5 Thank you, Danny! Appreciate that!
@thehubsports So glad that my freakishness with this project didn't scare you off. I think that now 7 of my FB friends (if not more) are joining us this year! So excited to share it with people I know from way back when. Remember our cotton pickin' skit in Harris' class?:) And thanks for your kind comments!
@seanoneill I have no idea what that is...must google. You are funny, Sean. No stress. So far so good:)!
@lyno Let's keep each other accountable, lady! Thanks, Lyn. Jellybeans are good!!!
