Had I been up for going out in the snow this morning, this is what I would have found. I was not up for it...sick kid, exhausted me. This is a shot from our wonderful snow day a few weeks back.
I am still in awe of how things look all covered in white, how peaceful it is and how much it glows at night. Today it is still snowing, but melting, too. I hope that we can still do a Spring Break adventure trip tomorrow.
And thanks for your encouragement yesterday when I was feeling down and ready to quit. I need to give myself more grace and have more fun with it...take it less seriously. I am doing this for my enjoyment, not to give myself stress. Thanks for your kind words, friends!
this would be a beautiful snow shot if it were december or january... as it is march, all i have to say is phbtttthhhhh! but srsly - it really is quite lovely - all white and gossamer delicate!
You all are very kind in your comments about my seasonal moodiness and my snowy shot. I got out for a full day photo field trip yesterday and it was marvelous...except that I had my camera in the wrong setting. Grrrr....I salvaged most of the photos post processing. Thank goodness for that!
@moreyoulessme I loved it, too. It's still so foreign and magical looking to me, a FL girl for 25 years and then a CA girl. Snow living is so different and lovely.
Magical snowscenr though.
