More from lurking about the tunnels in Central Park. I was torn between the above title and "Mall Rats in the Tunnels."
The weather has been gray and rainy much of the week. I'm over the dreariness, but the cooler weather in the summer has been nice.
Our 4th of July fireworks were rained out last night, though. They may do them tonight. I hope so in that I have a potentially awesome shot idea that I want to try.
Great shot...love the silhouettes! Wonderful capture. I have to tell you again how much I also love your profile photo of your silhouette in the window overlooking the city with camera in hand!!
I think the fact that you settled on Gangs probably describes the mall rats in any case. Great photo. I love the stark contrast, the lines and the perspective.
@squamloon I have to make the expensive trip worthwhile and ride of the photos for awhile. I got so many shots....how can you choose just 3 or 4. Thanks!
Hey, I just saw you photographing a field over there on Mason-Montgomery Rd. I was driving along minding my own business when I saw a van pulled in to an access road to the field with its blinkers on and I thought, "Hmmm...I wonder if that's a photographer," and then I saw you, shooting away. Sorry I couldn't stop and harrass you. Did you get good shots of something?
I hope these guys /girls are nicer than those Gangs of NY in the movie! We have had a ton of rain, but it is great to have the less hot weather, as you say!
@eyesmile Thanks, my friend. I was so glad that Michael thought to take it...and that he shared it with me, because, how cool is that?! I've got to admit, I was a little scared to sit on a small window ledge with 34 floors down and only some glass stopping me from falling to my doom. Glad that it held.

I tried to change it up with my processing, though, and was pretty pleased with the result. So glad that you liked my mall rat gang, too. I wish I had tunnels in Ohio for more shots like this!
