Great Kite Eating Tree: One Point

This was another site that made me smile yesterday, that seemed to tell a story. It reminded me of Charlie Brown.

Happy weekend, my friends. Hope that it is a super one for you all!
Fav....Good one!

@cimes1 Aw, thanks, kind lady. Did your son do Peer Counseling class senior year? I so think we were in class together. Have a great weekend!!!

@anazad511 Thanks so much for that, Ana. Can you reclick the heart? I think that the new heart, while I love it, is harder to push than a button. Like you need to click in it, less space to click? Who knows. Thanks again and happy weekend!

@frankhymus Really appreciate that kind comment and fav, Frank. Happy weekend!

@thresheg Thanks so much for that, Graham!!

Love that colorful kite up in the tree! And I can relate! Every time my son flies a kite, throws a ball or throws a frisbee, it ends up in one of our trees! So funny!

So funny -- before I even read your commentary I thought of Charlie Brown's kite-eating tree. This is processed perfectly!!

@amandal Hi Amanda, I will ask him. I e-mailed him one of your photos and mentioned your first name (don't know your last name) and he couldn't remember you. What is peer counseling class? It doesn't sound familiar to me. I see him April 13 for a small birthday gathering we're having for my oldest son, Greg, so will have more time to talk to him then. I do know he was in drama and was in a play toward the end of his senior year.

@wannabe Thanks so much for the fav, my friend. Love to find stuff like this and see a story.:)

@cimes1 My name in high school was Mandy Crocker. If he knew me, it would have been by that. Peer Counseling was an elective class senior year where we learned how to help peers, worked with freshman, etc. It was for leader types. I just seem to remember him in there, but who knows, the memory gets fuzzy sometimes. Let me know.

@taffy Awesome, lady. Thanks. Isn't it cool how processing makes a meh shot sometimes even amazing. Not that this one is amazing, but. A couple times I have turned meh shots into ones that were some of my most popular ever with a good/great edit.

Yikes. I have confined my kite to the house until it's safe to go out again! Fab photo and as ever, you've made me chuckle :o)

A great find and capture. Perfect caption too.

@amandal Ryan was kind of a goof-off type and I can't picture him in a peer counseling group, but who knows. He reminds me so much of Richard Cromwell who was on 365 -- that type LOL! A good heart but always cutting up.

Nice vignetting and processing to draw the focus more to the kite.
