Or my cutest photobomber ever. I went to Spring Grove Cemetery this weekend with a friend to enjoy a photowalk through the lovely spring blooms.
It was hopping with photographers and weddings and portrait shoots. A perfect day.
This little girl was with her little sister (in a matching dress) and they were getting their photos done. I was shooting this scene and she ran into it, drawn to the pink blossoms...as I was.
Loved the addition of the girl, though. It made my scene so much better, like a page from a storybook.
This is really about as fabulous as can be! FAV! You have a beautifully shot picture, gorgeous scenery and composition, and a sweet little princess. Amazing!
People go to the Cemetery to photoshoot? Must be a very pretty one and of course, great for the inhabitants to know they are in the picture! Sweet little girl - Mum must be a clever seamstress!
@maggiemae This cemetery is a gorgeous park!! Thanks, Maggiemae!!
@paulam Thanks so much, Paula. Have you been there lately? It's amazing now. Thanks for the fav, would you mind pushing the button again:)? We should do a meet up there!
I was wondering what you meant about the girl. Sometimes photos do not open 100% on here. Glad I came back to this one. Great shot, Amanda. She looks like she is looking at the world with eyes wide open. A wonderful photo bomb. FAV
@darsphotos I loved her. Thanks for coming back for a look. This is one of my favorite photos. Wish I could give it to her family. Wish it were my kiddo!! Maybe I should go back and catch my girls in the same pose.
Absolute FAV!! Enough said....or, actually there is so much to be said about this shot starting with that perfect photobomber complementing the pink blooms on that tree in that perfect light, perfectly poised in front of that amazing stone building....just a great shot!!
I wanted to take the time to thank you all so much for your lovely comments and faves on this special shot. It's special as it is one of my favorite kinds as it tells a story. And making it more special is that it was unplanned, unset up and really a case of a photobombing gone really right. So wish I had gotten the little girls parents email address to send this to them. So wish the little girl was one of my girls (as it would be more dear to me). This is one of my favorite of my photos and I am so pleased that you liked it, too. Thank you!
