These guys were racing over to see us last weekend. Like we were swan whisperers or something or they were looking for food. Either way, it really worked for getting good photos of them.
Perhaps it's that they remembered me from the weekend before?
Whatever the cause, I'll take it.
A friend recently asked me if I do photography as a business. No, I said. It just brings me joy. How cool to have something in my life that brings me joy. Hope that I bring joy to others through what I see, too.
It´s beautiful, so lovely light & refection. And yes joy is a good reason to do photography, I wonder if one would do it as a work would it take the joy out of it....
Beautiful!! Love what you said about photography, about it bringing you joy! I try to keep it that way telling people that it is my hobby, and I want to keep it that way because I do not want to make it stressful and a chore, but I am getting to the point where I would like to monetize it! I hope it still brings me joy when I try to make some money with it!
I feel exactly the same way ... A fellow photography friend talked me into being a second shooter for a wedding he's shooting on Sunday. Say a little prayer for me ... Mother's Day no less what was i thinking ?????
Such a beautiful photo, Amanda. I love the reflection you captured too. You bring a lot of joy to so many. I feel so lucky to have met you here. My SIL was looking for work and a job appeared for a photographer of new borns at Sutter in Sac. Oh, how I wish I could drive and part time. Would be awesome to do. FAV
