I still get a chuckle when I think that we once had Arnold Schwarzenegger as our "Governator" in California. We lived in the capital city and visited the capital building quite a few times. I always got a giggle when I saw the action actors name in gold letters above the Governor's door. I thought, "Yep, we are safe in California. Don't mess with us."
When he left office, I wonder if he said, "I'll be back?"
I've got a few crazy weeks before school starts up again. I'm sure my time on here with be spotty as I am swept up in the craziness.
@soboy5 I just wish he hadn't had the scandal with his nanny. Sheesh, what does it take to be perfect? He was pretty good, though...I think he governed well and I thought he'd make a good president, yet he doesn't qualify because of his citizenship.
@annied I like that movie series that is more recent with all of the past action heroes teaming up...Chuck Norris, Sly, Jean Claude...so fun to see all the bad ass dudes together. So many muscles...sigh:).
Can't believe July is almost over . Your cruise should be coming up soon? I will go back a little in your project but I'm almost sure you haven't gone yet. So work and summer worked out? You are a busy mom. Will you do the traditional new shoes , new clothes for school?
@lesip 2 weeks til cruise. They need some new stuff, but I'm stressing now about school supplies and a band instrument. Maybe a new outfit or two and shoes for one. The others got new shoes more recently.
I'm so far behind, I didn't realise he had left the office! Like your title - now I have found out that this is connected to the big guy! Theres a nicely focused little insect hanging on to this sweet flower!
