This was right outside our front door. A meatball looking egg (two actually) and a spider mama. And babies. Lots and lots of itsy bitsy babies.
Mama wanted their portrait done, so I did what I had to do.
Reminds me of when Clara was little little and called spiders: Ffffpiders. Once we were out cleaning the webs out of our toy house by spraying it down with water and she says "Ffffpider" pointing to the ground...it was a black widow. She said it again and again pointing to others. Rather freaked me out. A playhouse for kids that had been crawling with black widows. Ack.

pheewww! Black widow spiders??? Too dangeous for me even to take photos! I like @jsw0109 Jeff's solution but I would add fire by a cannon with that meatball of a nest!
