Celebrated Michael's birthday at a local Pig and Whiskey festival. It was a beautiful night with wonderful company. I took a bunch of posed shots to capture him at 46, but liked this candid one best.
He had been acting goofy with his shot of whiskey and I was asking him to be normal. And then this woman next to me says, "She's trying to take a candid...stop posing and be natural." He laughed, I clicked and...it was the best shot of who he is.
Love my man. So fun to get out and celebrate him!
On another fun note, I ran into and finally met a longtime local 365 and Facebook friend while out to dinner. I recognized her from her selfies. She recognized Clara thinking "How do I know that little girl?" What a cool thing! Hope to meet up with her for a photo date soon. @cdonohoue
He looks so young and if we all had someone like her to intervene and say be natural, it would be so much better than trying to arrange one's mouth etc!

You are both two very special ladies and I'm sure you will have a marvelous time on your photo day as well.
