Today the kids get electronics rather than jacknifes and bb guns.
My son has a "boogie board" here...an electronic writing device. And Clara is checking out her Fur Real cat that poops.
We don't play around on Christmas.;)

When it was all said and done, I was let down and disappointed. So much preparation and time and then it's done. Also, Santa punished me and didn't get me the Nikon that I had asked for. I got a box of Nikes instead. Santa needs some new reading glasses. I will buy the Nikon on my own, but it seems less special and exciting that way and perhaps a little selfish. Sigh.
Fantastic - perfect timing capturing their sheer delight. Go get that Nikon - not at all selfish - how else are you going to carry on saving this wonderful record of their childhood.
Love it...retro set up with modern processing. Christmas can be such a let down.. but it's not about the gifts. I am still suffering from the sugar hit of the home made Christmas pudding!
