So funny story behind the dress...April Milani, a fabulous photographer and friend on here, did a recent selfie in this dress. She said that she wasn't really feeling the dress and asked if anyone else wanted it. Tons of responses were something like, "Yeah, not so much!" but I thought, "Hey, it's kinda fun and wild! I'll give it a try!"
I told April that I would take it and just got it in the mail yesterday. What a wonderful treat!
It was my fun on a gray gray day...to wear an obnoxiously loud dress and disco dance on the back deck while trying out my new camera's selfie ability for the first time.
I think I am smitten with the camera...and the dress a little, too.
But I offered it up to the next person on a Facebook selfie project that April and I am a part of (let me know if you would like to join). And got a quick taker and will send the dress off across the country next week to Oregon. It's going to be the "Travelling Dress" for our selfie group.
I'm going to miss it, I think. It's pretty cute, albeit loud and obnoxious!
