Today, thanks to an impatient me, who didn't wait for an elevator.... i unknowingly found my way into an exhibition "Cotton fab" Handlooms, woven fabrics from all over the country. I, without a thought, walked into this place as if it was the most natural thing to do.
There were little stalls with fabrics, saris from different states of India, I picked up a woven sari for my mother, the lightest shade of coral, with light olive green deer edged with subtle golden thread. I walked in and these colourful bangles greeted me, once more most naturally.... i pulled my camera out of my bag, capturing rings of light.... And then i bought some to encircle my life too....
