Thankful for some time this afternoon to sit on the patio and watch the birds. I know many on this site are dealing with care-giving for an elderly parent—sending you a big hug from me as I learn to negotiate those challenges! :)

caregivers are a gift. caregiving is at best a challenge but a challenging gift. you will be thankful you did it but that doesn't make it any easier as you go through it. prayers for patience, guidance, rest for you as needed and the best possible outcome in your situation.
