Someone once said "Football's a funny old game" and today certainly lived up to that mantra. On the weekend Portsmouth were relegated out of the Premier League, we reached the FA Cup Final by beating Tottenham 2-0 at Wembley in front of 85,000 fans.
What can I say about the day? Brilliant... Fantastic... Superb... To use a well worn footie cliche, I'm over the moon :-)
We were sat really high up, as this shot shows, the players looked like ants but it was a great, great day....
Don't even know you but thought of you as the results of Pompey came through! Only one fly in the ointment though.......I'm a Chelsea fan! Well done to Portsmouth for overcoming all their domestic problems to have such a good day.
