Squirrel in the Park

I've seen so many squirrel photos on here that when my opportunity to grab a snap arrived, I thought I'd might as well join in... :-)

Came across this little chap sat under a tree munching on a nut in Vallance Park, Ilford this afternoon. Tried to take a few more pics but by this point, he'd spotted me and wasn't having any of it...

Have to say though, he is a good looking guy. Really nice mottled coat. Most grays seem to be quite drab by comparrison..

Quick trip to Chelmsford this afternoon, now home watching Dr Who and thinking about going to the movies this evening..

Thanks guys and Louise, as soon as I saw the squirrel, I thought of you :-). Normally they runa mile when I approach, this guy was so into his nut he didn't noticed me immediately. Of course, once he heard the camera go, he was off....
