Blame the weather, but I was very nearly late for work today! I noticed it was really foggy out so instead of heading straight into the office, I took a short detour down to the Thames to grab some pics.
That's the river behind the trees in case you didn't realise :-).
Took only a handful photos and as I was already running late, meaning I didn't have enough time to take a look around for a better photo. Shame really as I bet I could have taken a much better pic than this given 20 minutes or so.
Still, it was nice to get my pic done and dusted so early in the day... a quick upload during a quiet few moments in the office and bob's your uncle for 365 today :-)
I grew up in a house that sat on a river and as a result it was always foggier at our place than anywhere else in town. I love the fog! Reminds me of home :)
You did well to capture this - its very atmostpheric. I often find that the first one I take is the one I use no matter how many others I take so maybe this one was your winner all along. It certainly is effective.
