Boxing Day football is a big tradition in the UK so it was up early for the drive down to Portsmouth to watch Pompey draw with Millwall.. Bit of a boring game if truth be told.!
Was minus 4 when I left London and the during the drive down, I passed through some beautiful snow covered countryside... unfortunatley, I was driving so couldn't pull over and grab a snap :-(.
Got to see my parents in the afternnon and give them their parents and some left over food from Christmas... Always nice giving gifts...
Stopped off at Port Solent, which is a modern marina just outside Portsmouth on the way home,.. It's full of swanky boats and luxery apartments. Many Pompey players live here! This is a long exposure shot resting the camera on a fence pole...
Seems I have spent most of the day driving... Am now knackered and looking forward to a well deserved kip tonight....
And again another perfect picture....and your comments made me smile. I think I shall use the word knackered as it seems so much more descriptive than tired. :)
