Got up late today after a nice long lay in, then headed to see Sangeeta in the afternoon. We'd heard about a new Asian grocery store that had recently opened so we headed over to check out what's on offer.
It's similar to many Asian grocery shops in East London, just a bit bigger with more choice - we bought a few bits and bobs, with Sangeeta buying a giant bengali fish that they carved up into portion sized pieces..
Then it was back Sangeeta's and before I knew it, the day was almost over. So once home I had a look around my flat for something to take and thought, oh well, may as well take another flower photo.
As I plucked the rose from it's vase, a petal fell off so I decided to focus on that....
:O I'm in awe, I love how creative this is!
When I look at this photo I think about how I would have focused on the rose, and then seeing how you focused on the petal, it makes the photo so much more unique and interesting! FAV!!
I dunno why , but this picture just got me !
the ficus of the petal is amazing and some how it feels bit old than the main rose
so nature has to drop the dead part of it , so the beauty remains
it is adorable
thanks guys... @seattle ha ah yep - I can often spot a 50mm shot since getting mine... @snowball Thanks heba - you put things into words so much nicer than I could :-)
