Attended the Public Sector Efficiency Expo in Islington, North London today, lots of sessions on such interesting topics as 'maximising efficiencies through sustainable ecosystems', 'delivering results on a budget' and 'better management through asset realignment'... God! sounds as boring as it actually was.
Bacically - thanks to all the cuts, it's all about doing more for less...
So after a couple of seminars and a couple of strong coffees, I went for a wander around the venue, ending up on the top floor where I came across these struts running the length of the building.
They certainly knew how to build things in Victorian times....
I couldn't stay for the whole event as I'm sure it would have bored me to death, so left about 3:30, got home early and headed to the gym for a couple of hours (well, hour in gym, hour in sauna)...
You captured it well Andy! Ohhh and glad to see your still going to the gym, I however am not lol I dont know why I find that funny, cause in a few week *YIKES* i`ll be setting out for my 26.2 mile charity walk and ermmm well, without training, I think i`ll be getting the bus home after about 12 miles! oooops! Finger oooot Jude!

Terrific shot, Andy. I like the repetition.
Great stream, too!
