Other than being bored sh*tless, not sure why I bothered messing about in picnik with this shot as it was ok straight out the camera...
But mess about I did until I eventually told myself to stop and upload it and go and cook some dinner.. After all, it's 10pm and I haven't eaten yet!
Took this shot at the Rippleside Cemetery in Barking as I went to pick up my car after failing it's MOT (annual Govt car safety test)... Two new tyres needed, which is fine and was, sort of, expected, but 2 indicator lights failed for being the wrong colour!!!
What?!?!? Apparently the coloured bulbs had faded... Now, I've been driving over 20 years, my Dad was a Ford mechanic for 30 years and I've never heard of such..err... bollox before..! As it was, it was only a couple of quid for some new bulbs...

love this shot...has a gothic feel to it...if you had processed it in B&W it would have been even more gothic! But I like it! re MOT...it was meant to keep cars safe on the road...can somebody explain to me what's not safe about 2 faded light bulbs? unless they had turned blue instead of red?!?? I think things are taken to extremes at the expense of common sense if you ask me!
thanks everyone @jpgiorgio cheers mate.. tried B&W but the 'rays' got a bit lost... you're right, Icannot work out how having the wrong colour bulbs is going to make my cartoo dangerous to drive...Still, passed now (£250 lighter in the pocket tho..)
