She's been losing her memory over the last few years and knows it... which really frustrates her. Frustrates me too and I always feel annoyed with myself for telling her she's repeating things, two or three times... Poor old girl....
Went to see Pompey turn in a great performance beating Hull 2-0 in the evening... If we'd won 6-0 it would have just about match our dominance... Great escape is still possible....???
It's a fantastic portrait. She looks happy yet resolved to something. A common look when we cannot do anything about the situation. I wish you both well as she and you take this final journey together.
Your Mum has a lovely face, and what a lovely smile! A friend's husband told me 'don't get old' and I replied that as the alternative is dying young, I'd take my chances if I could. He didn't look so miserable after that! (And I repeat things already...) Your Mum has a lovely face...

What a ovely portrait of your Mum, she looks as though she has smiled through life! It must be so frustrating as you age but, as Phil said, the alternative 'aint worth thinking about!
