Not sure what this represents, but guessing the fella in the left is a BNP (National Front) hoodlum and the bloke on the right a mad Islamic extremist.. As this area once once famed for it's national Front activities and is now a hot bed of Islamic action, I wouldn't be surprised if my guess wasn't too far from the mark...
After here visited the antiques market in Spitalfields and had a general mooch in the rain in and around Brick Lane..
