Went to get some money out the cashpoint this afternoon and this sight caught my eye...
Now the funny thing is... this is the second time I've been at the same cashpoint and noticed an exposed mannequin! The last time - seen here http://365project.org/andycoleborn/odds-sods-and-e/2012-01-20 - I actually saw an old man pull down one of the dresses before walking off....
Seems there's a perv on the streets of East London who likes to expose plastic boobs lol....
