Supper
Smoked salmon marinated with ginger and chilli on a tomato risotto bed... Took longer taking snaps then it did to actually eat :-)
Stayed up to silly o'clock this morning watching the US elections before getting some shut eye followed by a lazy lounge in the sauna...
Think an early night is on the cards tonight....

I like your idea with the smoked salmon. None of the other flavours would disguise the wonderful smoked salmon flavour. It is good when you can stay up in the night for whatever reason and have sauna time too!
