The good thing about having a new camera to play with is I can repeat shots I've done many times but instead of it being down to laziness, I can put it down to learning how my new toy works...
It's not great, but that's due to a wobbly surface and trying to hold a camera steady for 4 seconds in near freezing temperatures... But once I get my hands on a mini tripod I'll be able to get better sharpness with these types of shot...
nice - doesn't look as sharp as with your DSLR - I'll save judgement until you get a gorillapod shall I?? :o) not sure I would've wanted to be out shooting tonight it was so chilly!
@sparkle yeah, you can really tell the difference between this and a DSLR but I really wanted a good small camera for when I can't be arsed carrying around the big boy and this seems good so far :-)
@andrewrome365@cookie123 Thanks - yeah midle of the road - there's a little traffic island with a sloping wobbly bollard which I tried to use for steadiness...
The pov makes it look like you have either been very brave to stand there, or just plain stupid!! Have just read that you were on a little island, so I guess that makes it ok! Great shot though.
