A busy old day as all managers took part in day 1 of a leadership/team-building programme...

Lots of fun activities today - including a mega task I led on carrying out vaious team tasks to earn credits to purchase scripts and props to be able to murder Hamlet..!

Shakespeare will be turning in his grave..!!

On the course again tomorrow where we'll no doubt hear what we did well and where we need to improve... Quite good fun today tho..
